Steps in Securing Your Reservation

  1. Submit a reservation request.

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive the following via email:

    a. A contract to review, sign, and return
    b. A link to our Code of Conduct for review and signature
    c. Our Renter’s Handbook

  3. Submit your non-refundable deposit.
    Please note: If the deposit is not received by the due date listed in your contract, Whisper Canyon reserves the right to release your dates to another group.

  4. Make your installment payment.
    This payment is due one month prior to your group’s arrival and will equal 50% of your estimated remaining balance.

  5. Submit your Zip-Swing Operations Acknowledgement (if applicable).

  6. Provide proof of Liability Insurance by emailing it to: whispercanyoncc@gmail.com

  7. Attend your retreat and submit final payment prior to checkout.
    The final balance will be calculated based on your actual attendance, minus your deposit and installment payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. The following statement must be signed by each participant, or by a parent or legal guardian for any minor participating in your group:

    I release, indemnify, and hold harmless Dry Bones Corporation (owner of the property), doing business as Whisper Canyon Christian Camp, and its past, present, and future volunteers, staff, directors, board members, agents, and independent contractors, as well as their successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising out of or related to my (or my child’s) participation in activities at Whisper Canyon Christian Camp, including the use of its facilities, equipment, or recreational amenities. I understand that outdoor and recreational activities involve inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

  • Yes. Whisper Canyon requires a certificate of insurance with Commercial General Liability coverage in the amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000). Dry Bones Corporation, dba Whisper Canyon Christian Camp, must be named as an additional insured on the policy. Primary responsibility for camper insurance remains with the campers’ families.

  • No.

    Youth Camps: Youth camps are required to provide certified lifeguards for their program. Groups must follow all state and local requirements when it comes to certifications and ratios.

    Family Camps: No person under the age of eighteen (18) is allowed to swim in a pool without their parent or legal guardian supervising.
